Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out ?
Unfortunately, we can not change the shipment once the product is en route. We are not responsible for the failed delivery because of wrong address & changed address after shipped out.

Please just make sure that when you place your order you clearly state your preferred ID in the order notes. Once the package leaves our factory you will not be able to change it.
There is NO passcode for BluDento B2 device by default. However we can set different passcode( FOUR digits ONLY ) for every BluDento B2 device in order to avoid strange connections.
